Multi-Vendor, Multi-Currency POS Dashboard

Most small-business POS tools break the moment a second outlet shows up. Sunny POS was built specifically to run a real multi-location operation, two supermarkets, a central warehouse, and a restaurant, with shared inventory, branch-level accounting, and unified daily closing across every counter. It is a Vyapar-style accounting backbone with a serious operational engine bolted on.

In short

This multi-vendor POS dashboard, built by TheSaaSPeople, runs two supermarkets, a central warehouse, and a restaurant on one synchronized system. It unifies billing, inventory, and Vyapar-style accounting across locations, links restaurant recipes to retail stock, produces GST-compliant invoices and e-way bills, and rolls daily closing into a single P&L.

Problem and Solution

The Problem

Off-the-shelf POS tools assume one counter, one register, one ledger. The moment a warehouse starts feeding two stores and a restaurant runs alongside retail, the books drift, stock counts diverge between branches, and end-of-day reconciliation becomes a nightmare of WhatsApp screenshots and Excel sheets pasted together at midnight.

Our Solution

Sunny POS unifies billing, inventory, and accounting across every location with role-aware dashboards. Stock transfers between warehouse and stores are tracked end-to-end. Restaurant menu items are recipe-linked to retail inventory so a sold thali deducts the right ingredients. Daily closing rolls up automatically across branches, owners see a single P&L by morning, not by Sunday.

What Changed

  • Two supermarkets, a warehouse, and a restaurant close their books in one synchronized system
  • Owners see a single consolidated P&L by morning instead of reconciling branches by hand
  • Stock counts stay consistent across branches, with every warehouse transfer tracked end-to-end
  • GST invoices, e-way bills, and tax reports come from the same system that runs the counter
