AuditTSP-AUD-01

Five working days to findwhere your week goes.

We map every manual process in your operation, cost it in hours, and hand you a ranked list of what to automate first.

₹15,000₹25,000one-time

All prices exclusive of 18% GST. GST invoice issued against every payment.

  • Launch price holds until 31 December 2026.
The cost

You already know where it hurts.

What you do not have is the number. How many hours a week disappear into re-typing, chasing, reconciling and waiting. Until that number exists, every software quote is a guess and every automation is a hunch.

  • The same figures get written on a register, then typed into Tally, then typed again into a report.
  • Approvals happen in a WhatsApp group. Nobody can say what was approved last Tuesday or by whom.
  • Month-end takes four days because three people are reconciling three different spreadsheets.
  • A number the owner asks for on Monday arrives on Friday, by which time it has moved.
  • One person understands the master Excel file. When they take leave, the week stalls.
What you get

A document you can act on Monday.

No slide deck, no maturity model. A written audit, a ranked shortlist, and a costed plan for the top three fixes.

  • Process map of every manual workflow, drawn from the interviews rather than a template
  • Hours-per-week cost against each process, in your own numbers
  • Ranked automation shortlist, highest payback first
  • Build-or-buy call on each item, with tools named where off-the-shelf wins
  • Effort and price estimate for the top three fixes
  • Integration notes for whatever you already run: Tally, Busy, Zoho, a custom database
  • The written audit document, yours to keep and to use with any vendor
  • One 60-minute walkthrough call with whoever signs off

How it runs

Five days, start to document.

Booked as one block. We do not spread it across a month, because the value is in seeing the whole operation at once.

  1. Day 1 — Interviews

Two to three hours with the people who do the work daily. The owner sits in, but does not answer for them.

  2. Days 2–3 — Mapping and costing

Each process drawn end to end. Every hand-off counted, every wait costed in hours per week.

  3. Day 4 — Shortlist

We rank what is worth automating and say plainly what is not. Anything that pays back slower than a year gets marked as such.

  4. Day 5 — Walkthrough

You get the document, then an hour on call to argue with it. Corrections go into a final version the same week.

Fit

Who should take this.

Take this if

  • You run between 20 and 500 people and suspect software could remove a real chunk of the manual work
  • You have been quoted for a system and cannot tell whether the scope is right
  • Two or more teams keep the same data in two or more places
  • You want a second opinion before signing with any vendor, this one included

Skip this if

  • You are under 10 people with one manual process. You already know what it is. Fix it and keep the fee.
  • You have already scoped the system and want a proposal. Ask us for a quote instead.
  • You need the audit to justify a decision that is already made. We write what we find.
  • You cannot free up three hours with the people who do the work. The audit is only as good as those calls.
  • Your problem is people or process discipline, not software. An audit will confirm that and little else.

Questions

Before you ask.

What changes the price?

Three things: how many locations you run, how many existing systems we have to pull data out of, and travel. Up to three sites and two systems sit inside the standard fee. Anything beyond that we quote before we start, never after. On-site interviews outside Gujarat and the Mumbai region are billed at cost.

How long does it take?

Five working days from the first interview. Day one is interviews, days two and three are mapping and costing, day four is the shortlist, day five is the walkthrough call. The clock starts when the calls are booked, not when you pay. If your team cannot make that week, we move the whole block rather than split it.

What happens after you hand over the document?

Nothing, unless you want it to. The audit is standalone and the document is yours. Take it to another vendor, hand it to an internal team, or act on it yourself. If you start a retainer with us within fifteen days of delivery, the full audit fee is credited against your first month.

Do you invoice with GST?

Yes. We are GST registered and every payment gets a proper tax invoice against our GSTIN, issued the same day the payment lands. Every price on this page is exclusive of 18% GST. Payment is by bank transfer or UPI against the invoice. We do not ask for money before an invoice exists.

What do you need from us?

Three hours of calls with the people who do the work daily, not only the owner. Read access to whatever systems you already run, or screenshots where access is awkward. Sample documents help: one register page, one report, one invoice. That is the whole ask. No prep deck, no data cleanup first.

Will the shortlist just recommend building software with you?

Often the answer is an off-the-shelf tool you can buy this week, and we name it. We have finished audits recommending no new software at all, only a change in who does what and when. If every item on the shortlist happens to point back at us, that is a bad audit, not a good sales call.

Ready when you are

Five days from now, you will know what to fix first.

Send a message with your company name and what your team does. We will tell you within a day whether this audit is worth your money.
