Client Responsibilities

• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to systems, accounts, and resources as required
• Make payments according to agreed-upon terms
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within specified timeframes

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. We retain rights to general tools, frameworks, and methodologies used across multiple projects.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Project-based work typically requires a deposit before work begins
• Retainer arrangements are billed monthly in advance
• Late payments may result in work suspension

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheSaaSPeople shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

Website Use

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its related systems.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
