Jethwa Game Zone, Booking Console

Game zones turn over hundreds of short bookings a day across PS5s, racing simulators, VR rigs, and consoles. A single missed timer is a refund or a fight. This system gives counter staff a live view of every active station, automatic timer-based billing, and a daily revenue snapshot, running entirely offline on the in-store PC, so a flaky internet connection never stops business.

Problem and Solution

The Problem

Game zones in tier-2 cities run on paper logs and stopwatch apps. Staff lose track of which PS5 is on which timer, billing arguments break out at the counter, and at the end of the night the cash drawer never matches what was actually played. Cloud booking tools assume reliable internet, which does not exist in many of these locations.

Our Solution

A fully offline-first booking console where every station is a live tile: start a session, the timer runs, the bill builds in real time, customer pays, station resets. Owners get a daily revenue dashboard and per-station utilization reports. When internet returns, sessions sync up; until then, nothing breaks.
