    The leak

The weighment slip is the only record, and it is on paper.

Between the indicator display and your MIS sits an operator, a pen and a carbon copy. Every gap in that chain is somewhere a tonne can go missing, and nobody upstream finds out until the month closes.

    • Tare weight is keyed in by hand. A truck that reports lighter empty bills heavier full.
    • The slip book stays in the cabin. Head office reads those numbers on the fifth of next month.
    • A vehicle crosses twice in an hour under two challan numbers, and nothing flags it.
    • The internet drops, the software stops, and the operator falls back to a register. Those entries rarely make it back in.
    • Short-loading is suspected at one site, and there is no way to compare it against the others.
    • The gate log, the weighment slip and the invoice all exist. None of the three reconcile.
    What you get

The cabin keeps working. The dashboard keeps up.

A weighing application at each cabin that talks to your indicator, prints your slip, and holds every record locally. A live dashboard above it, for everyone who never walks up to the bridge.

    • Serial or TCP integration with your existing weighbridge indicator
    • Cabin application that records tare, gross and net with no internet connection
    • Printed weighment slip in your current format, with a QR code per weighment
    • Vehicle and party masters, with stored tare weights and repeat-vehicle lookup
    • Automatic sync and conflict resolution the moment the line returns
    • Live multi-site dashboard: vehicles on the bridge now, tonnage today, tonnage by party
    • Anomaly flags for repeat weights, tare drift and same-vehicle double entries
    • Photo capture per weighment, from a camera already installed at the bridge
    • Role-based access for operator, supervisor, plant head and auditor
    • Day-book, party-wise and vehicle-wise report exports
    • Source code, cabin setup notes and a printed one-page operator card

    How it runs

Six to eight weeks, starting at the bridge.

Most of the risk in this build is physical. What your indicator outputs, where the cabin machine sits, and how bad the connectivity actually is. We find that out in week one, not in week six.

    1. Week 1 — Site survey

Indicator make, model and output port. Where the camera points and whether the boom is wired to anything. How often the cabin really loses the line. Remote surveys work if you can send photos, a sample slip and the indicator manual.

    2. Weeks 2–4 — Cabin build

The weighing application, the indicator driver, your slip format and the local database. By the end of this block one cabin machine is weighing real trucks on your bridge.

    3. Weeks 5–6 — Sync and dashboard

Offline sync, conflict handling, the multi-site dashboard and the reports your plant head actually opens. This is also the block where we cut the internet on purpose and watch what happens.

    4. Weeks 7–8 — Rollout and handover

Remaining cabins brought up, operators trained standing at the bridge, and the shift where the slip book stops being the record. Source code and setup notes are handed over the same week.

    Fit

    Who this is built for.

    Take this if

    • You run one or a few weighbridges, and the slip book is still the record of record
    • Your cabins lose the internet, and the current software stops the moment they do
    • Head office wants the day's tonnage before the shift ends
    • You buy or sell material by weight and settle bills against what the operator wrote down
    • You suspect short-loading or repeat weighments and cannot prove either
    • A government body or an auditor wants weighment data from you in a fixed format

    Skip this if

    • Your indicator has no serial or TCP output at all. Nothing we build can read a display that only talks to a printer. Get the indicator checked first.
    • You need this live in under two weeks. The site survey and a full week of real trucks come before go-live, always.
    • You want us to supply and install the weighbridge, the cameras or the boom. We write the software for hardware you already own.
    • You want a driver-facing or consumer mobile app around this. Different product, different budget.
    • You are weighing across dozens of sites in several states. That is a rollout programme, and it belongs on a retainer.
    Pricing

What it costs, and what moves it.

One fixed price covering a small number of sites under one company, one indicator type and one slip format. Extra sites are priced per site, quoted before work starts.

    ₹1,75,000one-time

All prices exclusive of 18% GST. GST invoice issued against every payment.

      What moves the price

      • More sites than the standard package covers
      • A second or third indicator make, each needing its own driver
      • Integration with Tally, SAP or an existing ERP for party masters and invoices
      • Camera or boom-barrier integration at the bridge
      • Sites in different states, where rollout means travel and stay

      Included

      • Site survey, remote or on-site within Gujarat and the Mumbai region
      • Indicator integration and a slip that matches your current printout
      • Cabin application, offline sync and the multi-site dashboard
      • Operator training at the bridge, plus a printed one-page operator card
      • Source code, database schema and cabin setup notes
      • In-scope bug fixing free through the post-handover support window above
      • A GST invoice against every payment

      Quoted separately

      • Cabin hardware: the machine, the printer, the UPS, the cabling
      • Cameras, boom barriers and any gate automation
      • Sites beyond the number the standard package includes
      • ERP or accounting integration
      • Ongoing hosting and monitoring, if you would rather we ran it
      • Travel and stay for on-site work outside Gujarat and the Mumbai region
      Questions

      Before you ask.

Will this work with our existing weighbridge?

Almost certainly. We read the indicator you already have, over serial or TCP, so the platform, the load cells and the indicator stay exactly as they are. Send us the make, the model and a photo of the back panel, and we confirm before you pay anything. The one hard stop is an indicator with no data output, only a printer port.

What happens when the cabin loses internet?

It keeps weighing. The cabin application holds every record locally, prints the slip, and never needs the server to complete a weighment. When the line returns, records sync and conflicts resolve on their own, with no end-of-day re-entry. Our weighbridge system has run this way in production for over two years across sites with patchy connectivity.

      What changes the price?

How many sites, how many indicator makes, and whether anything else has to talk to the system. One indicator type and one slip format sit inside the fixed price. Additional sites are priced per site. Camera or boom integration, and any ERP link for party masters, is quoted before work starts, never mid-build.

How long does it take, and what do you need from us?

Six to eight weeks. Week one is the site survey, weeks two to four build the cabin application against your indicator, weeks five and six cover sync and the dashboard, then rollout and training. From you: the indicator make and model, the manual, a sample weighment slip, access to the cabin, and one operator free for training.

      What happens after go-live?

You get the source code, the database schema and the cabin setup notes. In-scope bugs are fixed at no charge for thirty days after handover. Operators keep a printed one-page card at the bridge, which answers most of what they ask. After that, run it with your own IT team or move to a monthly retainer.

      Do you invoice with GST?

Yes. We are GST registered and every payment gets a proper tax invoice against our GSTIN, issued the same day the payment lands. Every price on this page is exclusive of 18% GST. Build work is billed in stages against the milestones in the SOW, by bank transfer or UPI. We do not ask for money before an invoice exists.

      Ready when you are

Eight weeks from now, the slip book is optional.

Send a message with your indicator make and model, how many bridges you run, and how bad the connectivity is at each one. We will tell you within a day whether this fits.
