Fixed-scope buildTSP-BLD-01

Every trip GPS-verified,every load accounted for.

We build the portal that registers every generator, assigns GPS-verified trips to transporters, and confirms weight at the receiving facility. One load, one record, four stakeholders.

All prices exclusive of 18% GST. GST invoice issued against every payment.

    The gap

The trip either happened or it did not.

Right now you cannot prove which. The challan says one thing, the transporter says another, and the receiving site keeps a register nobody has opened since March. Without a verified trail, a penalty notice does not survive the first objection.

    • A transporter bills for eleven trips. The site register shows nine, and both entries are in the same handwriting.
    • Ghost trips get paid, because a paper challan proves only that a form was filled in.
    • Material leaves the generator with a gate pass and arrives nowhere. Nothing in the file records the gap.
    • The receiving facility weighs the load, writes it in a register, and head office sees that number a month later.
    • A dumping complaint arrives with a photograph. You have no trip data to match it against.
    • The monthly compliance report is assembled by hand from three departments, and each department reports a different total.
    What you get

One trail, from generator to facility.

A working portal on your domain, the field app your drivers and site operators actually use, and the dashboard your officers open on Monday morning.

    • Generator registration and disposal request workflow
    • Transporter and vehicle master, with driver assignment per trip
    • GPS-verified trip tracking from pickup point to receiving facility
    • Field app for drivers and site operators, built for a low-end Android phone
    • Weight and receipt confirmation at the destination, with photo capture
    • Digital challan and gate pass, printable and QR-scannable
    • Officer dashboard with ward-wise volumes, pending trips and flagged deviations
    • Violation and penalty workflow, with a full audit trail per load
    • Role-based access for authority, transporter, facility and auditor
    • Monthly compliance export in the format your department already files
    • Deployment on your infrastructure or ours, with source code handed over

    How it runs

Six to eight weeks, gated by field access.

The build is ours to control. The rollout is not. Every window below assumes your transporters and site staff are available for the field trial when it starts.

    1. Week 1 — Scoping and forms

We sit with the officer who signs off and the clerk who fills the register today. Every field on your existing challan is mapped before anything gets built.

    2. Weeks 2–4 — Core build

Generator, transporter and facility flows, the trip engine, and the officer dashboard. You get a working staging link at the end of week three, not a status update.

    3. Weeks 5–6 — Field trial

The driver app goes to a handful of real vehicles on real routes. GPS behaviour, network dead zones and driver habits all surface here. Slippage in this block is almost always about vehicle access.

    4. Weeks 7–8 — Rollout and handover

Full transporter onboarding, one training session per user role, then production deployment. Source code, database schema and deployment notes are handed over the same week.

    Fit

    Who should buy this.

    Take this if

    • You are a municipal body, a utility, or a regulator answerable for where material ends up
    • You already issue challans or gate passes on paper, and the register is the only copy
    • Transporters or contractors bill you per trip, and you settle those bills on trust
    • An audit, a court order or a directive has asked you for a trail you cannot currently produce
    • You have administrative approval in hand and need something running this quarter

    Skip this if

    • You need this live in under two weeks. The field trial alone takes that long, and it runs after the build. Take the Operations Audit instead and plan the rollout properly.
    • Nobody in the department can mandate that drivers use the app. Without that mandate the trail stays half-empty, and half a trail is worse than the register.
    • You want a consumer mobile app for citizens to report dumping. Different product, different budget.
    • The scope is still being drafted into a tender. Come back when it is frozen, or take the Audit and we will help you write it.
    • You want hardware procured through us, weighbridges, cameras, RFID readers. We integrate with what you buy. We do not supply it.
    Pricing

What it costs, and what moves it.

One fixed price for the standard build: one material stream, four user roles, one authority. Anything past that is quoted before work starts, never after.

    ₹2,50,000one-time

All prices exclusive of 18% GST. GST invoice issued against every payment.

      What moves the price

      • More than one material stream, waste and water and aggregate running side by side
      • Integration with an existing ERP, a state portal, or a payment gateway for penalties
      • A second regional language beyond English and Hindi
      • Deployment inside a government data centre with its own security clearance
      • More than four user roles, or a separate citizen-facing module

      Included

      • Scoping sessions with your officers and the clerks who keep the register
      • The full portal, the field app and the officer dashboard
      • Field trial on live routes, and the fixes that trial throws up
      • One recorded training session per user role
      • Source code, database schema and deployment notes
      • In-scope bug fixing free through the post-handover support window above
      • A GST invoice against every payment

      Quoted separately

      • Hardware: weighbridges, cameras, RFID tags, handheld devices
      • SIM cards, data plans and GPS trackers for vehicles
      • Ongoing hosting and monitoring, if you would rather we ran it
      • Data migration from an existing portal or a legacy database
      • On-site training and travel outside Gujarat and the Mumbai region
      • New modules after go-live, or a second material stream
      Questions

      Before you ask.

      What changes the price?

Three things: how many material streams you track, how many outside systems we have to talk to, and where it is hosted. One stream, four roles and standard cloud hosting sit inside the fixed price. A second stream, a state portal integration, or deployment inside a government data centre is quoted before work starts.

      How long does it take?

Six to eight weeks from the first scoping session to go-live. One week mapping your existing challan and register, three weeks building, two weeks of field trial on real vehicles, then rollout and handover. The field trial is the part that slips, and it slips when vehicles and drivers are not made available on time.

Where does it run, and who owns the data?

Either your infrastructure or ours. For a government body we default to your servers or your department cloud account, because that is usually what procurement and the audit team want. The data is yours from the first record, exportable in full at any time. No lock-in clause, and no fee for getting your own data out.

      What happens after go-live?

You get the source code, the database schema and the deployment notes in your own repository. In-scope bugs are fixed at no charge for thirty days after handover. After that, departments with an internal IT team run it themselves. Everyone else moves to a monthly retainer for new wards, new reports and changes.

      Do you invoice with GST?

Yes. We are GST registered and every payment gets a proper tax invoice against our GSTIN, issued the same day the payment lands. Every price on this page is exclusive of 18% GST. Build work is billed in stages against the milestones in the SOW, by bank transfer or UPI. We do not ask for money before an invoice exists.

What do you need from us to start?

One officer who can sign off decisions and one clerk who fills the register today. Blank copies of your current challan, gate pass and monthly report format. A named list of transporters and receiving facilities. For the field trial, three or four real vehicles running real routes for two weeks. That is the whole ask.

      Ready when you are

Eight weeks from now, every load has a trail.

Send a message with your department or company name, the material you need traced, and roughly how many vehicles move it. We will tell you within a day whether this scope fits.
